Returned items must be:

• in original condition
• with original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Bespoke, personalized, or made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

Once the returned items are received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.
