Description

Collezione Amalfi draws its inspiration from the Italian coast, and this set presents the sardine motif in its most open and luminous expression: deep blue silhouettes resting on a bright off-white ground throughout, creating a table that feels airy, graphic, and quietly composed.

Handcrafted in Italy, each piece keeps its own character. The placemats combine a structured PVC core with removable embroidered linen covers, while the basket is made from coated linen with a fold-over shape designed for bread, rolls, or styling. The napkins are cut from soft, naturally crinkled linen for a more relaxed feel at the table. Together, they make it simple to create a full setting for everyday entertaining, coastal lunches, or a more composed dinner without mixing pieces from different collections.

What's Included

    • 4 Amalfi Sardines Placemats (2 sets of 2): Round, off-white, with removable embroidered linen covers over a structured 3mm PVC core.

    • 4 Amalfi Sardines Napkins (1 set of 4): Off-white, soft, naturally crinkled stone-washed linen with a tone-on-tone hemmed edge.

    • 1 Amalfi Sardines Basket: Off-white, fold-over coated linen basket, ideal for bread, rolls, or styling.

  • Product Specifications

    • Base Color: Off-White for all pieces.

    • Artisanal Note: Each piece is individually handcrafted, so slight variations in embroidery placement, stitching, or tone may occur. These subtle differences are part of its handmade character.

    • Versatility: A coordinated way to set the table for everyday dining, coastal lunches, luminous table settings, or a more composed dinner party.

    • Care: Wipe clean for the placemat covers and basket; machine wash the napkins on a gentle cycle at max 30°C / 86°F. See individual care instructions below.

Care

Coated Linen / Placemat Covers & Basket

  • Daily Cleaning: Wipe clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Clean spills promptly, as long-lasting marks may set into the surface if left untreated.
  • Machine Washing: For removable placemat covers only. Wash at max 40°C / 104°F on a gentle cycle using a mild detergent. Do not use fabric softener. Do not bleach with chlorine. Dry cleaning allowed.
  • Drying: Do not spin dry. Do not tumble dry. Hang to dry in the shade.
  • Ironing: Iron on the reverse, uncoated side, at medium temperature to preserve the coating.
  • Important Notice: Long exposure to direct sunlight and harsh weather conditions, such as heavy rain or fog, may cause color fading and fabric damage.

Pure Linen / Napkins

  • Machine Washing: Machine wash on a gentle cycle at max 30°C / 86°F using a mild liquid detergent, or dry clean for best results. Wash with similar colors. Do not bleach.
  • Drying: Air dry flat in the shade whenever possible. Tumble dry on a low heat / delicate cycle if necessary, and remove while slightly damp to avoid deep creases.
  • Ironing: Ironing is not required to enjoy the natural, relaxed texture of stone-washed linen. If a smoother look is preferred, iron gently on the reverse side at a medium temperature to protect the delicate embroidery.
