Description

A single edelweiss, with off-white petals and muted olive leaves touched with ochre, on an Oatmeal Stone ground.

At breakfast it holds warm rolls. In a guest bathroom it holds rolled hand towels, with the flower turned toward the door. It also makes a quiet home for a small plant on the entry console, or for a pot of basil on the kitchen windowsill, where the pale petals sit well next to real green leaves.

The linen is coated and the top folds over, so the basket holds its shape on its own, full or empty.

Care

Everyday care: Wipe with a damp cloth and a little mild soap. Clean spills promptly, since marks left to sit can set into the coating.

Washing: Only when it really needs it: gentle cycle at 30°C / 86°F, never above 40°C / 104°F, with a mild detergent.

Avoid: fabric softener, chlorine bleach, spin cycles and the dryer.

Drying: Hang to dry in the shade.

Ironing: Medium heat, always through a clean cloth, from the reverse side where possible.

Dry cleaning: Allowed.

Please note: Long exposure to direct sun, rain or damp air can fade the color and wear the fabric.
